1892: The Oliver Twist Club (Cap and Gown) with the financial help of Moses Taylor Pyne, Class of 1877, engages Thomas O. Speir to build clubhouse on Prospect. This frame house becomes known as The Incubator and later moves to Olden Street. The Incubator is the first home to Campus, Charter, Tower, Terrace, Gateway and Court Clubs.
