25th and 40th Reunions: Women’s Scarf

But the real specialty item at the 25th was a women’s scarf -- later to be reissued in a more refined pattern at the 40th. The scarf depicts the sheet music to the refrain of “Going Back”, surrounded by images of Nassau Hall. Those choo-choo-specific lyrics end, of course, with the perennial reunion punch line: “We’ll clear the track as we go back!” This makes the scarf perhaps the most iconic ’67 accessory. We even lend a few of ‘em to our P-rade bands, to wave as flags when they lead us down campus.
40th Reunion: Train Track Vest

The 40th Reunion also introduced a vest made of ’67 train-track blazer fabric. This provides a practical alternative to the blazer for classmates to wear when New Jersey weather gets too hot. And the women’s version helps augment the display of ’67 choo-choo fabric to be seen around campus.
45th Reunion: " '67 is 67" Tee Shirt

The 45th Reunion added a “’67 is 67” tee shirt whose slogan was a riff on how old we were in 2012. (Reunion co-Chairman Bob Mayer came up with that one.) The back of the tee displayed the locomotive logo for the 45th, surrounded by earlier logos from major reunions in our younger days and from our senior-year beer jacket.

All of these accessories (except “’67 is 67”) were again available for the 50th Reunion. We also introduced then a new golf shirt displaying the PJ&B Railroad “Keystone” logo, complete with the two-part Clear the Track! ’67’s Back! slogan. There were also new PJ&B totes.
50th Reunion: Zany Trou and Reborn Beer Jacket

The zaniest new items at the 50th were optional pants and shorts made of ’67 blazer fabric. Worn with a white shirt, they afforded a colorful substitute for the standard gray pants any time when full costume wasn't called for. (If paired with the blazer and vest, they even made it theoretically possible to attempt a three-piece ’67 suit . . . .)
And yes, at the 50th we even came full circle to revive our senior-year beer jacket, now pre-printed with Pepper’s original beer-mug logo along with lots of PJ&B Railroad artwork.
As many other Classes do, ’67 began our line of accessories at the 25th Reunion with typical logo golf shirts and tees. There were also PJ&B totes representing returning passengers’ luggage.
